Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Human AI Experience Training and Services Ltd, trading as The AI UX School, and any individual who accesses, uses, or subscribes to our services.

In these Terms, the expressions “we,” “us,” “our,” and “The AI UX School” shall mean Human AI Experience Training and Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16600170, with its registered office in the United Kingdom. The expressions “you” or “your” shall mean the individual user, customer, or member who accesses our website, purchases a membership, attends an event, downloads a product, or otherwise makes use of our services. By accessing or using The AI UX School, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Membership of The AI UX School is provided on a subscription basis. Upon payment of the applicable fees, you will be granted access to our digital courses, live sessions, resources, and community spaces in accordance with the tier of membership selected (Basic or Pro). Membership is personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with any third party. The scope of services available under each membership tier is described on our website and may be amended from time to time at our discretion. Pro-level features, including advanced courses, portfolio workshops, expert insights, seasonal weekends, and enhanced resources, are available only to those enrolled on the Pro plan.

All fees are payable in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are collected through our third-party payment processor. Membership subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for any part of a membership period that has already commenced. Separate fees may apply to events, bootcamps, and digital products. Tickets to seasonal weekends and mini-camps are non-refundable once purchased, although transfers may be permitted if notice is given at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start. Digital products, including guides, templates, and toolkits, are licensed to you for individual use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed in any form.

Certificates of completion may be issued for courses, events, or programs within The AI UX School. Such certificates are designed to support your professional development and portfolio but are not accredited qualifications and should not be regarded as equivalent to formal academic or vocational awards.

All intellectual property rights in the content made available through The AI UX School, including but not limited to written materials, video recordings, designs, templates, and toolkits, are and shall remain the property of Human AI Experience Training and Services Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials solely for your own educational and professional purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial gain without our express prior written consent. Any content you submit or share within the community remains your property, but by doing so you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content within the community and in promotional materials.

We require all members to engage respectfully within the community. Behaviour that constitutes harassment, discrimination, abuse, or otherwise disrupts the experience of others will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund. We reserve the right to remove any content or user account that we consider to be in breach of these standards or that we deem harmful to the integrity of the community.

The services provided by The AI UX School are intended for educational purposes only. Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate, practical, and up-to-date information, we make no representation or warranty that participation will result in specific outcomes, including but not limited to employment, promotions, or increased income. Your success depends on your own application of the material and your personal circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
